Our return policy is 30 days. After 30 days of purchase, unfortunately it is not possible to request a refund or exchange.
In order to make a return, the product may not have been used and must be in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
Various types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines can not be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, liquids or flammable gases.
Additional items that can not be returned:
* Gift Cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some items of personal hygiene and health
To make the return, present the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In certain cases, only partial repayments (where applicable) will be issued:
* Books with obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, and is not due to any error on our part.
* Any product that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (when applicable)
Once the return product is received and verified, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your goods for return. We'll also notify you about your approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue credit to your credit card or payment method within a few days.
Late or non-reimbursed refund (where applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the repayment to be released.
Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before you post a refund.

Goods on offer (when applicable)
You can only request the refund of products with normal price. Unfortunately, it is not possible to request reimbursement for goods on offer.
Exchanges (when applicable)
We only exchange products that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send an email to geral@mariaazul.pt and send your product to:% {address}.
Gifts
If the product was marked as present during the purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate with the same value as the purchase. You will receive a gift voucher by mail when we receive the returned product.
If the product was not marked as present during the purchase, or if the person who presented it sent the product to itself to deliver it in person, we will send a refund to the person who gave the gift. This person will know that you requested the return.

You will be responsible for paying the freight to return the product. We do not refund the freight. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the return shipping time may vary.
If you are going to send a product above $ 75, consider hiring a shipping service with tracking or transportation insurance. We can not guarantee the receipt of the product you send back.
